    It looks like a lot of people have a lot of negative things to say about this Pizza Hut in Revere, but we stopped in here yesterday and had an average experience.

    We ordered over the phone and they gave us a fifteen minute wait time. When we showed up fifteen minutes later, the pizza was done. The pizza was your typical Pizza Hut quality and the service was decent.

    In the end, no real complaints here and we would totally grab pizza here again.

    I always was told as a restaurant manager and in life don't call me with a problem call me with a solution. I am short staffed because "my driver had a car problem" is not an excuse. And why would you call me to tell me that. after I order, to offer me a refund... ordered and paid??? Wouldn't you just close online sales? That's called being a supervisor. Needless to say I was think twice from ordering from here again or Pizza Hut in general...

    Customer service not very good employee's rude zero personality would not return very small limited seating
